Marrow Vermouth is a relatively new vermouthery in British Columbia producing drinking style vermouths from local wine and herbs and spices. It’s an exceptional, very unique product that has really taken the province by storm, sitting down with Shawn and finding out what sort of crazily passionate person only makes vermouth (and an amaro now) was fascinating.
