I was invited to Lisbon for the Lisbon Bar Show and was fortunate enough to sit down with a few personalities. Luckily I sat down with Manuel Barreira of Ulysses Bar where I was also staying upstairs with him, we chatted about his 20 square foot, 10 seat bar housed in a 700 year old building and what drives him to bartend every night.  One of my favorite bars in the world, hands down is this little pocket bar in an old alley.
