ABOUT NICK
Nick Nemeth is a bar and beverage expert with more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, leading beverage programs and training bartenders across North America. With a passion for innovation, Nick has honed his skills as a beverage professional working in venues ranging from high volume nightclubs to upscale hotels and beyond, and currently is responsible for managing the beverage program of Canada's largest full-service restaurant concept, with more than 400 sports bars and restaurants operating from coast to coast.
Going well beyond just cocktails and spirits, after studying Business Marketing at Brock University, Nick has subsequently gone on to complete his Level 3 Advanced Certification in Wine and Spirits from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, a General Certificate in Distilling through the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, and is presently working towards completion of his Master of Science in Brewing and Distilling through Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. Nick's creative and highly analytical skillset gives him the unique ability to balance the translation of macro and micro trends and the application of impactful, actionable insights for his clients and customers.
